Online PACS System

**Please note as of 12/15/2009, we have upgraded our system and you will experience a new Stentor download. This download may take up to 30 minutes, if this is too inconvenient, please call Cecilia at (626) 577-2424 and she'll will be happy to come over and manually install the upgrade herself.

TO VIEW OUR PACS SYSTEM:

(1) Download & fill out the Request Form and the HIPPA Agreement. Sign & fax back to us at (626) 577-2995.
(2) Use Internet Explorer.
(3) Use the link above to download a small program that runs on your browser.
(4) After the initial install, for each subsequent visit simply click on the link above for login screen.

If you choose to refer a patient, referral pads can be found in the "For Patients" section under "Scheduling."
