How to access the pacs viewer

Oak Tree Medical Center prides itself in working with referring physicians to provide the best service and care for their patients.

In keeping with this principle we have given you the opportunity to view your patient images and reports over the internet using a fast and secure method. All patient images are posted immediately after their scan and available to you.

The Three Steps to Using the PACS system

1. To use this system you need to first set up an account. Please download and fill out the Request Form and the HIPPA Agreement. Sign and fax back to us at 626.577.2995 and your account will be set up.

2. In order to view your images it is easiest to first download the installer program. This program has to be downloaded only once. You can obtain the Microsoft Installer package of the iSite ActiveX client by clicking on the following link:
http://69.232.7.77/iSiteOcx.msi.
If you are running any anti-virus software, please turn it off so the viewer can download properly.

3. Proceed to login from button above. (If you have not downloaded the installer prior to logging in, it make take up to 5 minutes to download it through the login process).
